So called today as a surprise the company is responsible for surveying, etc. with us and told us that the Grobabsteckung was just done :-). The documents now go directly to MB-basement and then it could theoretically go really going on.
We are very excited about what the weather the next few days. Currently, we seem even the sun and it melts as though to himself. We'll see what our civil contractors and construction manager basement next Week, say.
still keep your fingers crossed for all the fingers permanently on the home builders hope better weather :-)....
